Travelers Assistance

Are you stranded and need a ride? Check out our options below to see if you qualify.

We are a United Way Agency non-profit. If you are stranded, fleeing an abusive situation, or without resources, Travelers Aid may be able to assist you. However, in the case of an emergency, please call 911 immediately.

Please note:

  • Transportation assistance is only available to individuals who are physically in Birmingham, Alabama.

  • Clients may be required to contribute toward the cost of their tickets.
